Dr. Mike Barr
Dr. Barr earned his DDS degree in 1988. His first three years of practice were in the US Navy. Since then, he’s been in Palm Beach County. He established his solo private care practice in 1994. Throughout his career, he has immersed himself in continuing education and is perpetually learning and trying to be a better dentist every day. Accordingly, over the course of his career, his practice has evolved towards offering more complex rehabilitative and cosmetic cases. Dr. Barr has been involved with the Research Clinic for over 30 years, both as an attendee and occasional lecturer.
Course Description
This is a new course that will evolve according to attendee feedback. Rather than just a pure lecture, it will be an interactive discussion.
This three-part series equips restorative dentists with practical strategies to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while upholding professional integrity. Attendees will explore smile design, refined techniques for crown preparation and digital/analog impression workflows, predictable direct composite restorations, patient communications, treatment planning, dental photography, and frameworks for resisting production and insurance pressures in favor of patient-centered excellence. Emphasis will be placed on clinical precision, technical reliability, and ethical decision-making that elevate everyday restorative care.
